Are you going for a walk? Facetime each other during the walk and show him/her the beautiful area in which you live, just give him/her a guided tour.
Maybe you’re more of the wait-and-see type or a bit introverted and this facetimen scares you a bit, then you can suggest a movie night via Netflixparty (downloadable via Google Chrome). This way you can watch the same movie together and instead of talking, you can chat if you want to say something, about the movie e.g. and you already have material to talk about other than corona.
There are plenty of possibilities and I bet that if you will be able to meet in person, it will be like you have known each other for a long time.
