Many of us deal with emotional clutter; however, we often fail to recognize just how big of an impact it leaves on us. From killing our productivity levels to rendering us unable to form genuine relationships with others, these sources of stress should be recognized and dealt with before they bring more damage.

We may even mistakenly believe that having such negative thoughts is completely normal, which is why we never seek to resolve them whenever they start crowding up our brains.
